Electronic Signature Agreement

Introduction

This agreement outlines the process, legal standing, and your rights regarding the use of electronic signatures on our platform. By proceeding with an electronic signature, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms of this agreement. This agreement applies to all users who electronically sign documents via our platform.

Consent to Electronic Transactions

By using our platform to electronically sign documents, you consent to conduct transactions digitally in compliance with the UK Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions Regulations (UK eIDAS) and relevant laws. This consent applies not only to the signing of documents but also to the receipt of communications related to such documents.

Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures made via our platform—whether by clicking to accept, typing your name, signing your name, or using another electronic signing method—hold the same legal standing as handwritten signatures in accordance with UK law. In some instances, we may request additional verification (e.g., an SMS code) to confirm the identity of the signatory. Once a document is signed, we store the signed document securely to prevent unauthorised access or modification.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of signed documents on our platform; however, we cannot guarantee their security once downloaded or stored externally.

Electronic Document Delivery

All documents related to the electronic signing process will be provided via our platform or email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is accurate and accessible for receiving documents. Once a document is signed electronically, you will be able to download and print a copy for your records. The sender determines the duration for which copies remain available and stored. We advise you to retain all electronically signed documents.

Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures before completing a signing process. If you wish to do so, please contact the document sender. If you are unable to reach them, you can request assistance at [email protected]. Withdrawing consent may delay or prevent the completion of your transaction.
