This document outlines the payment terms for landlords using the Moove platform for property management and payment processing services.
Platform Fee Structure
Platform subscription fees will be charged monthly in arrears via your registered card.
Fees are calculated based on actual usage and are prorated for partial months of service.
A valid payment card must be maintained on file for continued platform access.
Tenant Rental Payment Processing
Moove will automatically deduct its service fee at source from each rental payment processed through the platform.
Fees are deducted before funds are transferred to your nominated bank account.
Payment Terms
Your card will be automatically charged on the anniversary of your subscription for the previous month's platform usage.
You authorise Moove to:
Process recurring card payments for platform subscription fees
Deduct service fees from rental payments before transfer
Store your payment card details securely with our payment processor
If any payment fails, you will receive a notification to your registered email address. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate on the outstanding amount.
Interest will accrue from day 8 until the outstanding amount is paid in full
Continued non-payment may result in:
Restricted platform access
Suspension of rental payment processing services
Recovery of outstanding amounts through appropriate channels
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any outstanding fees will be charged on a prorated basis up to the cancellation date.
Changes to Terms
Moove reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time.
You will be notified of any substantial changes to pricing or payment terms via your registered email address.
